No matter which plan you pick, DesignGib lets you brief in as many new design tasks as you need. So if your business is having a particularly busy month with those new flyers going out you can be assured it’s all covered in your chosen plan.
Naturally, every design is different so timings largely depend on the task at hand. Our typical timeframes vary widely from between a 24 hours to a week upon a project submission. In some cases we can even be quicker but similarly cases can be slightly longer, it all depends what you need.
Not a problem! We know every business has their own set standards and guidelines. Often we will ask questions to try to mitigate this, but we recognise that perfection doesn’t always come first try which is why we offer unlimited revisions. We try to get revisions back as quickly as possible, usually within 1 working day depending on the request.
Let’s take an example, your own cafe just setup shop and they’re looking to carry out some promotions to get the word out and customers through the door. First they need a flyer to post through local doors, that could take about 2 days. You also need some display ads for Facebook and Twitter, this could take another 2-3 days for a few ideas. In total, just those two projects make up about 5 days, leaving an extra 3 weeks for even more work!
All of our work comes with a guarantee of originality, so you can be rest assured that all designs are unique to your business. We also ensure we’ll never use work multiple times, so your work is completely different to another DesignGib customer.
Yes! If you need the raw files for work we’ve produced for you then we can send them across. The majority of files are created in inDesign, Photoshop, Sketch or Illustrator but in some cases other programs are also used. We also store your design files on a secure server meaning you can request them at any point – even if you’re no longer a DesignGib customer.
We’ve found logos to be quite difficult parts of design, what works for some doesn’t always work for another and it can get messy! We keep things simple so leave those for the pros!
